Every restoration varies. The type and size of the roof, scope of work and weather conditions all play a part in the duration. Generally speaking, you can expect work to be completed within 2-5 business days.

Do I need to be home for the duration of works?

There’s absolutely no requirement for you to be home. If the team has clear access and you’re happy for the team to be on-site working, you can go about your day as you usually would.

The cost to get your roof restored can vary! There are many factors that go into the calculations of the total project cost. These can include but are not limited to; the location of the property, the access available, the size, height and pitch of the roof, the extent of the repairs required and whether the roof has been previously coated.

Do you price match?

No sorry, we don’t price match. The saying goes; good work isn’t cheap – cheap work isn’t good. Here at RoofXpress we pride ourselves on our service and workmanship and firmly believe our end results speak for themselves.

How often should a roof be restored?

We recommend getting your roof restored every 10-15 years. This can vary depending on the roof material, as well as environmental factors, including the weather, wildlife, and surrounding vegetation.
